Preparation of raw materials

At the stage of raw materials preparation for freezing, many different processes are required to obtain further quality and safe products. At the request of clients, it can be carried out:

• pitting for cherries and plums
• separation of the peduncle from the strawberry
• washing berries with a high-tech washer. The water used to wash the berries must first be ozonated.

GP-group has the ability to prepare frozen berries and fruits according to the individual requirements of each customer.

All production processes are carried out in strict compliance
with the requirements of the international food quality and safety system ISO 22000: 2018 and the requirements of organic certification.
