Freezing
Freezing of products occurs by a fluidization tunnel of a shock freezing from the known Polish producer Unidex. The input capacity of the shock freezing tunnel is 3-4 tons per hour, depending on the product. This allows us to process quickly large volumes of raw materials.
GP-group has the ability to prepare frozen berries and fruits according to the individual requirements of each customer.
All production processes are carried out in strict compliance
with the requirements of the international food quality and safety system ISO 22000: 2018 and the requirements of organic certification.
