Sorting

We provide services for the processing of given raw materials according to the customer specifications. All our services can be ordered both together and separately.

We offer sorting services.

• CLASS «А» – for the food industry and HoReCa.
  It is selected the best berry, which is cleaned mechanically, and using the laser systems – from plant impurities, leaves, rotten and unripe berries, as well as foreign bodies.
• CLASS «В» (SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCT) – for the processing industry.
  The berries are cleaned mechanically and manually from plant impurities, leaves, and foreign bodies. It is allowed up to 3% of unripe berries, and up to 0.5% of leaf waste. Products of this category can be used in the production of concentrated juices, purees, or natural dyes for pharmacological purposes.
• CLASS «С» (raw)
  The berries are released without prior cleaning. This berry can contain waste: up to 3% of leaves, up to 5-10% of unripe berries.
